Calendar: Read-only Access to Appointments in Calendars for Public Folders (iOS)
You can now add calendars for public folders in the calendar module. If the administration team of your organization or the owners of calendars grant the necessary permissions, you or other employees of your organization have read-only access to appointments in a public folder.
Browser: View Mode for Bookmarks is Saved (iOS)
When saving a bookmark in the local bookmarks section, it is also saved whether you viewed the respective website in mobile or desktop view mode. Thus, bookmarked websites will always be opened in the selected view mode.
Team Mails: Improved Contact Integration and Standardized Sender Names (iOS)
When searching for a contact in the adress bar of a newly composed email, the selected contact is now added to the “To” field by tapping it.
If you open an email in the Team Mails module, the sender’s name is now displayed as ‘Musterperson Manu’ instead of ‘Manu.Musterperson’ – just as in the regular Mails module.
Team Mails: Read and Send Encrypted and Signed Emails (Android)
The Team Mails module has been taken to a new level: You can now read and send encrypted and signed
emails in shared mailboxes.
You can now also import certificates and set them as the default for encryption or signing for shared
mailboxes.
Loading Data Without an Internet Connection (Android)
In the Mail, Calendar and Team Mail modules, existing data e.g. calender entries and emails are loaded even if SecurePIM currently has no internet connection.
Users are notified in the app when the internet connection is restored.

Please update SecurePIM and SecureCOM to the latest version on all your devices.
For iOS-Devices
With iOS 17 and iPadOS 17, some critical security vulnerabilities have been closed. We therefore strongly recommend that you use iOS/iPadOS versions 17.3. Please note that we will discontinue support for older iOS versions 6 months after an official release of a new iOS version and that iOS and iPadOS 16 will no longer be supported from March 2024.
For Android-Devices
If you are using an Android device, we recommend that you use Android 14. Please update your device if you have not already done so.
SecurePIM Management Portal (Version 2.51.x)
Relocation of the SecurePIM Cloud Services
On January 15, the SecurePIM Cloud services have moved. The cloud services have been given new IP addresses.
This affects the following:
- SecurePIM Cloud Portal (https://portal.securepim.com)
- SecurePIM Push Gateway (https://pushgateway.securepim.com)
- Central License Manager (CLM) (https://clm.securepim.com)
Since January 15, access is only possible via the following IP addresses:
- 193.142.157.219
- 185.233.188.111
Please make sure that outgoing connections are permitted for these IP addresses.
Please also note the information on the system requirements for the SecurePIM Management Portal. A detailed table can be found in the release notes for version 2.51.x.
Download the new versions now
The new version of SecurePIM is now available in the Apple App Store (version 8.98.x) and in Google Play (version 8.8.x). Update now and benefit from the latest features.
