Interact with Shared Account Contacts and Public Folder Contacts (iOS)
Connect comfortably by adding shared contacts or public folder contacts to your Contacts module in SecurePIM. You can also share these contacts via email, mark them as favourites and initiate calls, emails or SMS directly from your list of contacts.
Consistent Search Results Across SecurePIM (iOS)
Search results for contacts are aligned across the platform to ensure a seamless user experience. This affects the search results in the mail composer in the Mail and Team Mails module as well as the search for attendees when creating or editing events in the Calendar module.
Insert Images into Excel, Word and PowerPoint documents (Android & iOS)
It’s now possible to insert images into Excel, Word and PowerPoint files.
Show Certificate Type (Android)
It is now possible to see the type of a saved certificate.

Please update SecurePIM to the latest version on all your devices.
For iOS-Devices
With iOS 17 and iPadOS 17, some critical security vulnerabilities have been closed. We therefore strongly recommend that you use iOS/iPadOS versions 17.5.1. Please note that we will discontinue support for older iOS versions 6 months after an official release of a new iOS version and that iOS and iPadOS 16 will no longer be supported from this Release onwards.
For Android-Devices
If you are using an Android device, we recommend that you use Android 14. Please update your device if you have not already done so.
SecurePIM Management Portal (Version 2.54.x)
