Display Locally Stored Contact Email Addresses When Composing Emails (iOS)
If you select a contact when creating an email, the name of the contact will be displayed in the address field of the email.
Customized Sidebar With New Icons (iOS)
The expandable sidebar in the Team Mails, Mail and Calendar modules have been adapted for use on iPads. We’ve also redesigned the icon for expanding and collapsing the sidebar to make the action more intuitive.
Workspace on the Way to Accessibility (iOS)
SecurePIM is to become barrier-free. That is why we have revised the Workspace. This time the focus is on larger texts, clearer colors and clearer contrasts.
“Synchronize all” Reactivated (iOS)
The Synchronize All option in the Email and Calendar settings is available again in this release. When you activate this option, all items for email and calendars are synchronized.
Switching from Dark Mode to Light Mode in Documents (Android)
It is now possible to switch from Dark Mode to Light Mode while reading or working on your documents. Simply open the menu and tap on Toggle Dark Mode/Light Mode to switch your document to Light Mode. This option is only available when you are in Dark Mode.
Number of Displayed Emails Shown in Team Mails (Android)
With this release, the most recent 200 emails are shown in Team Mails. Previously, emails from the last 30 days were shown instead.
Improved Email Signature Editing (Android)
We have improved the process for creating and editing email signatures. You can now view the entire signature on-screen and apply various formatting options.

Please update SecurePIM to the latest version on all your devices.
For iOS-Devices
We strongly recommend that you use iOS/iPadOS versions 17.7.1 or 18. Please note that we will discontinue support for older iOS versions 6 months after an official release of a new iOS version.
For Android-Devices
If you are using an Android device, we recommend that you use Android 14. Please update your device if you have not already done so.
SecurePIM Management Portal (Version 2.56.x)
S/MIME Certificates Available via API
With this release, you can retrieve all valid S/MIME certificates as PEM files in a ZIP file without having to log into the SecurePIM Management Portal manually. To do this, simply copy the URL from the SecurePIM Management Portal after activating the API and you can download the certificates via URL.
Please also note the information on the system requirements for the SecurePIM Management Portal. A detailed table can be found in the release notes for version 2.56.x.

The new version of SecurePIM is now available in the Apple App Store (version 9.8.x) and in Google Play (version 9.0.x). Update now and benefit from the latest features.
